If I could give this hotel NO STARS, I would. Their reservation system is a joke - 3 weeks of conversations between the desk staff and worldwide reservations and they continued to make mistakes. We reserved 2 rooms - with confirmation numbers. I double checked a week later - NO reservations came up. They "apparently" fixed it and then we were charged for 3 rooms. They fixed it again. I thought everything would be fine only to find out we had only ONE room under our name. Seriously people?! How difficult can this be? They also love to pass you around between worldwide reservations and other people at the Cleveland Hotel when the entire bunch is absolutely clueless. Take my advice - GO ELSEWHERE!
