  • J. Frances absolutely saved our master bathroom/2nd floor laundry room remodel after a previous contractor had totally botched the work. We purchased a home in May of 2010 in the Dormont-Mt. Lebanon area that had good bones, but needed a lot of work. I wish we had J. Francis from the very beginning. It would have saved us serious money and a lot of wasted time. In addition to the bath remodel, they went on to rebuild our deck (which had to be completely redone due to the same bad previous contractor), install new hardwood floors in our living room/dining room and re-tile our foyer. From the moment that we contacted them through the entire remodel they have shown an impressive level of professionalism. The lead carpenter and crew did exceptional work and showed a level of professionalism that often seems to be absent. The wood work and tile work is stunning. I can not think of anything negative to say regarding the work. The quality has exceded our expectations. We strongly recommend their work.
