We were a party of 4 in the Gone Room. We are a pretty smart group and have done escape rooms in the past, but we were pretty frustrated throughout this game. The clues were ambiguous and somewhat illogical. Things also weren't working right away, so we wasted time thinking we were wrong when we actually were right.
Another frustrating thing was the flashlights. I understand they need to be kept low for ambiance, but at one point we had them right against the lock and still had a hard time seeing.
The redeeming quality about this place was the room itself. They definitely put a lot of time and thought into the layout and the props. It felt professionally put together, and you truly get the feeling of being in a haunted house.
