  • I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. I have been trying to get my service transferred to my new address for 3 weeks. This company continues to make the same mistake repeatedly and all they do is transfer me around from one department to the next, and charge me for it.. I will cancel my service and recommend to everyone I know not to ever use this company again.
