  • Just had the worst experience at Bob Mayberry Hyundai. Made an appointment online for 10:15 sat there for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I had two other basic concerns that I asked them to check they said that they fixed them but never fixed. I went to the service window for help to see if my car had been pulled around as promised 30 minutes prior she said " I don't know didn't you see the guy out there? "so rude! no help ! When I finally found the service guy and told him id been there for two hours and that I needed to leave because I was starving he threw a cookie at me. Free oil changes free service or not I will not ever come back out here, drive 11 miles when I can go less than 2 miles down the road from my house, sit for less than 10 minutes and pay less than $30 for an oil change!
