  • This WAS my favorite steakhouse until last night. We had a reservation for a party of 9 at 7:30. They told us we would be seated in a few minutes once this table cleared. Well instead of coming and getting us to be seated they grabbed the other big party that arrived 20 minutes after us and seated them. They stated because they were busy they just grabbed the nearest group. Unprofessional! We ended up waiting almost 2 hours to be seated. They said they would take care of us and I guess that meant sending out extra appetizers. When our bill came and they split it each group had over a 30% gratuity added. Thank God for the company I was with otherwise this would have been one of the worst nights out ever. They have forever lost us! Good luck to whoever makes reservations and expects a great experience! Also I would like to note I would not give this place any stars but it makes you.
