  • Not the most welcoming of people. Was nervous to leave my shih tzu puppy. But we couldn't find anyone else open. Next time we know, if we don't feel comfortable to just wait. They asked me what kind of cut to give him and I said only a little shorter teddy bear style. They shaved him... then left his face long with a shorter cut on one side. And didn't trim his ears at all. Never going back. Also did some research because my mom said she heard of a place that recently shut down and moved because of all the abuse to dogs and even a theft...it was them. Now I also know to do background research. This place was a gross thrown together looking hut. And my dog didn't even smell good. So I'm guessing they used cheap products. It was very dim lot and you couldn't even see the other dogs getting groomed. I'm from Las Vegas and I had a trusted groomer there. So I'll still be on the hunt. But now more aware.
