  • Went for my first session last week through a Groupon offer to see what it was all about. New facility very clean staff was very pleasant Drea walked me through the entire process and my first session. Each session is three minutes in a cold chamber and the attendant is with you the entire time. There are three different levels and I started at the beginning level at 130° below zero. Straight up- it's cold! They provide a robe, socks, crocs and gloves for the treatment. I felt better after the first session and went back today for another session. Today's visit I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Definitely worth checking out to see if it works for you to help reduce aches and pains and inflammation! You can go for an individual session or you have several options of packages.
