| - HORRIBLE service yet again in a local, Vegas neighbirhood, place. Now mind you, living in the neighborhood, this is a regular place we have been going to for a long, long time. Sorry to say, Elements in Spring Valley on Rainbow, the other night your service was simply awful. The restaurant had just opened at 4. We were there for happy hour. There was no one there yet except myself and our friends. New manager ( i think) a complete meanie and just rude. When we came in , he abruptly snapped at us & said we couldnt sit at a certain place at the bar because a "regular" might come in. At first, i thought he was joking. But he was not. REALLY??!! He made us feel unwanted and uncomfortable. Good job, fool. Is all i thought. What a horrible first impression this guy made! WOW. But we thought it was an oversight on his part and decided to stay anyway. Funny. The "regular" did come in, ordered one drink and left. But then, the clueless bartender never offered us a second round to our party and we were ready and wanting to eat & drink more. Oh, and the waitress roaming around the bar and restaurant??!!! Clueless. Knock knock...anyone home? Basically, we ordered one round of drinks, some apps ( food was awful), finished one drink each, and we sat, and sat and yes, sat, to not be offered another round because the three employees were just plain clueless to taking care of customers. We paid our bill and happily went else where. Keep in mind this is a little shabby place in a strip mall and certainly needs to maintain business or it will die. When the old owners left, Elements went down the drain. There are a milllion places in Vegas so much better. Service must be stellar or why bother. Plus...there was a weird moldy smell at the bar area........yuck. Some advice, & from the bad reviews here since new owners have taken over, you NEED some advice! TAKE A LESSON or CLASSES IN HOW TO PROVIDE excellent customer service, bring back the high quality food like the previous owners served, and maybe, just maybe, youll make it. But if this is how you run your show, youll be closed and soon. 500 martini offerings in a dump, with rude service, is meaningless. Your bad business accumen outweighs the silly martini promo. Steer clear from this place. Not worth it.
