I would never in my life go to Scottsdale Lazyboy again. In fact, I will never step foot in another of their locations either. The furniture does not hold up and they do not stand behind their insurance that we paid into for years. They refused to come look at it.
The furniture began to wear in areas of the arms (on the rocker). This was a $700 rocker so it was no laughing matter for us but a big loss. The leather sofas had some of the same issues with spots of wear and again, they would not address our concerns. I question what material was really used. My son has leather sofas from Copenhagen furnishings, and they are beautiful without any strange patches of wear on them. His are actually older! Run, don't walk from this store, and most definitely do NOT purchase their insurance. There is so much fine print that even a lawyer would have a hard time reading through it. I think Lazyboy is paying out big bucks at the present time on their television advertising and forgetting what customer assistance and furniture quality is all about.
