  • Went in to ship something, waited for guy to finish up with a customer. Had to get his attention as he didn't attempt to greet me. Asked for assistance, he reluctantly answered a question before answering the phone mid sentence. I stood there waiting, a female employee just stared at me. Finally decided to just drop off my mail and leave, handed her my mail and she just held it in her hand. Asked her where she'd be putting it and she dropped it in a random open box behind her. This place is sketchy at best, not sure how the heck they have 5 stars with that service or the appearance inside.
