  • We used Parsons' Rocks for the supplies for our entire backyard landscaping. When my husband and I originally came in we spent a very long time rock shopping and the young gentleman at the desk was very helpful but didn't hurry or pressure us. We price shopped around town and Parsons has the best price on the product and delivery. After four orders we've gotten soil, three types of rock, synthetic turf, chat, and their planters soil mix. They were able to delivery everything as early as the next day, less than a 24 hours turnaround! The only time something was less than perfect was when I ordered our turf late on a Friday afternoon and because of the way the roll had been cut they had to deliver it Saturday afternoon instead of the morning. Yep, that seriously is the closest to a problem we've had. It wasn't an issue for us, but they were still very apologetic about the situation. We didn't use then at all for installation, so I can't speak for that, but they have been fantastic with everything else.
