  • I don't even know where to start. I was rear-ended by a girl and was going through her insurance to get my 7 month of car fixed. I took my car in on a Monday and the guy at Enterprise told me to make sure that the parts used were OEM because they were notorious for switching out parts, which raised concerns and I reported them right to the rep helping me as we had already had a conversation about the type of parts being used. I did not hear back from them or the insurance company until Wednesday night. I was told that my car would take about 4 days, so I would be without my car until at least Tuesday of the following week. I patiently waited to get my car back and when I was called on the following Tuesday, that my car was ready. I couldn't have been more excited. When I arrived there after returning the rental car, I noticed that there was still paint transfer on my bumper and sensors and I was livid. The rep went to rubbing it off, which eventually came out. After this I got in my car to drive away and the first thing I noticed was that my seat and seat belt had been adjusted and that my car would not come out of valet mode. I called immediately upon getting home and was told that my rep had left and that I needed to bring my car back, which I did the next morning, but the call from the previous night was not relayed so no one knew I had this issue. When I mentioned the seating being adjusted, the manager said it was because they needed to drive my car. I can see if the seat was pushed back in order for them the move my car and use the pedals, but my seat back laying back and my seat belt being adjusted is not simply moving my car from one part of the parking lot to another, that's getting comfortable which does not need to happen in someone else's vehicle. This return resulted in my being late to work, having to have another rental car and be without my car for yet another day. I've never had a problem with the valet mode before and when I called my dealership's service center they thought someone had to have hit something. The frustration did not end there! A couple of days later I went to put some items in my trunk only to find that they used my trunk as a garbage can for a box addressed to them and some long, sticky rubber thing. My car is not for them to dispose of items either used on my car or elsewhere! After all of this frustration, I would definitely not recommend this place, unless you're happy with having a headache.
