  • Ninh Kieu is a nice place to grab a bowl of pho. The bowls are on the larger side of the size spectrum and have the price tag to match. The broth is pretty even keeled and not overly salted or spiced. The beef was of good quality and was not too fatty and unpleasant. I met a few people who claimed Pho 99 was the best in Cleveland and unfortunately, I never got to try it. I thought Ninh Kieu served up a fine bowl of soup and will be back at a later date to try some of the other menu options.
