  • 2nd stay at the hotel; less impressed with the 2nd visit so far. Beyond the front desk, the staff is generally rude. Waited 15 mins for drinks at the pool as people drunkenly cut in the "line". Then i was told they were closed after being told 3 times they would be right with me. 5 people behind the bar took 15 minutes to handle one guy that wanted 6 shots. From the moment we arrived at the pool, the staff was less than friendly... I live 5 mins away and this is my staycation... not the place for anyone looking to be treated well. An amendment to the previous: You know that feeling of something crawling on you at night... turns out to be nothing... Well, to my surprise there were bugs in the bed. Three roaches scurrying about in the bathroom when I woke up. Otherwise the room was clean. Expect to pay for everything, including parking... it's the same cost to park yourself. This isn't San Francisco so I don't understand the cost. I could have Uber'd for less. Sometimes you'd just like things upfront, not additional costs before you walk in the door. In addition, the hotel allowed my payment information to be transmitted and viewed unencrypted. So, now I get to sit and hope someone doesn't use my personal/payment information. Hooray... what a staycation!
