  • This was my first time renting from National. As an Emerald Club member I found the entire process to work very smoothly both at pick up and upon return. The ease of the overall experience won me over to be a repeat customer. With a good review already on record, now I have to air a complaint. Both sets of car keys are banded together by a short cable and cannot be separated. This makes for an extremely bulky object to have to carry around in my pants pocket. I was annoyed to death by this so much that if it happens to me again the next time I rent it may be my last with National.
