  • During my 1st visit at this office, they requested my social security number when I arrived. I was upset and did not want to give it them since there is no reason they would need it, I gave them my ID and insurance card. They forced me to give them my social and said if I didn't they would have to bill me directly and not my insurance. I should have walked out but I proceeded. After I wrote down the number they put it on a piece of paper that followed me around the office for everyone to see! They did not keep it secure at all. I was very upset. I don't think people should be forced to give out that number. I will not go back here!
