Right up there with the top turkey in town, but the real star of the show was the green chile mac n cheese. This was a more soupy version of the dish, but once you mixed up the mac, the flavors really shone through and no liquid was left after you finished. I looked forward to each bite of this side dish and it went great with the turkey. Now this turkey was sliced really thick, some people like it thinner, but it tasted great and they don't skimp on the portions. It was about $11 for lunch, but very worthy. The sauce was a tossup as both the TN tang and sweet stuff hit different notes. Owner was wandering around cleaning tables and seems like a nice guy from the midwest (who isn't?). Probably head back to try the Monday pastrami special.
