Feel really bad posting this but I felt that the help the last two times were not very good. I am the kind of person who tends to brush things off and know people have bad days but being in retail for many years myself in the past know what it takes to help the customer. The merchandise is awesome and for this I will be back but the help not so much. Needed help finding a hat size from inches had to literally look at the app while I was in the store to find the conversion chart because the young miss there couldn't find a way to help me. What if I didn't know how to use the app? Then had to come back and exchange the hat because I got the wrong size. During the exchange I let the girl know I registered online for the club thing the night before and she couldn't pull it up yet and I felt as if I was a bother that she had to do it again. Like I said the merchandise is awesome but hope I have better, friendlier customer service next time.
