I moved into these apartments when they first opened and loved it! My 2 bedroom was spacious and safe. While living there--a huge chicken fell in love with my balcony and decided to make her home there. Every morning I was awakened by her to get up, get ready and to go to work. Her eggs were splattered all over my balcony and I couldn't go out of my bedroom door anymore. Lol. I am still not quite sure what that whole deal was about--however, it's sometjing I'll never forget. Not many will ever be able to match that event at Villas at Camalback Crossing.
The management team was professional and I often sat in the rental area to just talk and laugh with the staff. The staff really took care of me. The apartments had new appliances throughout. And I never had a maintenance issue.
I moved in under a 3 month free special which was a huge blessing. When my daughter moved out, I transferred to a one bedroom upstairs and loved it! I used to sit on my balcony and look up at the stars every night. I lived at this complex four years. It was one of the best moves I have ever made. When I lived there--the Walmart had just been built down the street just past the light. The complex was so peaceful and quiet and super clean.
