Quick Review
*This rating and review is based on a series of firsthand experiences of patronising this truck and personal exchanges.
*For the purposes of contextualization of this review: the truck is not the storefront, B&M locations (http://www.yelp.com/biz/fukuburger-las-vegas) (http://www.yelp.com/biz/fuku-burger-las-vegas-2).
*Some items I have tried: Tamago, Chicken Katsu, fries, jelly* (*not made in-house, but instead somewhere in Japan).

Step 1: Place your order with the pretty, young lady. Yes, you can even place your order if there is no pretty lady and a dude instead. Maybe he will be pretty from your perspective. YMMV.
Step 2: Give them a funny -- appropriate to be announced through the PA -- nickname. (Think of the children.)
Step 3: Tip. Receive jelly. Put in pocket for later.
Step 4: Eat.

Patty cooked right, egg cooked right. I had no problems with the food. It's just ...
It has proven difficult to locate them because they blocked me on Twitter. I guess they disagree with the school of thought that disagreement is to be tolerated and even flourished in a free society.

Rating: Three-stars, "A-OK." (Since I am a nice guy: ask the Fukuburger via their tweeter feed, since I can't.)
