  • As good as it gets. Lets start with check in. You pull up to the guard house, tell them who you are, and they let you proceed to the Tower. We were in tower 1. When we got there, our personal concierge greeted us by name and welcomed us. Tricia Clark, your are the best! Her attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. She was truly on the ball with emails and phone calls. Anyway, we opted for the VIP check in. Unfortunately our rooms were not ready, due to late check outs. Tricia waived our VIP fee and comped our lunch. We did not even ask, she volunteered. It gets better. Once we did check in, the rooms are amazing. Beyond spotlessly clean, and very spacious. We were on the 34th floor. The room has a complete kitchen, living/dining area, two full baths+ and more. While it is a bit of a walk to the MGM Grand, our stay could not have been better. And a note to Tricia's superiors. She is a gem, one of the most professional and considerate employees ever.
