  • Not the best design or best outlet center available, but there are still about 30 stores open. On the day we arrived, it must have been too hot because the power in every store kept flicking on and off. This caused delays in restarting the system and led to a frustrated crowd. I was about to swipe at one store when the power went out for good and sent the whole place heading to the exits about three hours before official closing time. Only shop here below 100 degrees.
