I would have liked to give this place a positive review but after the going through the leasing renewal process all I can say is these people are crooks. You get a decent rate your first year signing, and then it skyrockets when you try to renew. I guess if you're looking to stay somewhere for a year this isn't a bad place to go, but the whole "concession" thing is a total scam. They'll tell you about how your next 12-month lease will have similar concessions or whatever garbage the leasing agents have on their script, but it's not true. My rent went up over 10% after the first year, and due to the 60-day required notice to vacate, you can't even move out after they give you a bogus renewal agreement without paying a 30% premium for a month-to-month lease while you move out. I talked to the district manager and he gave me this crap about how they're "always willing to negotiate" with their lease prices, but the San Cervantes property manager said NOPE take it or leave it on their offer. The district guy (John) also told me he'd make the generous offer of extending my current rate for one month while I decide if I want to stay. NOPE, never happened.
Hopefully this review saves someone from making the same mistake I did by getting involved with these people.
