  • After trying to schedule my initial appointment with the Gilbert location, I was super hesitant to schedule here but my doctor convinced me and I'm so glad he did! I grabbed an iced latte from Dunkin' next door and headed over. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist as soon as I walked in, and was taken care of until I left the building. I should note everyone at the front desk was pretty awesome. My NP was the absolute BEST!!! She was short, sweet, direct, and just...amazing! I can't say enough good things and I seriously can't wait to go back. For some reason, my order was never sent in to Simon Med, so I'm giving them a solid 4 stars, considering I had to cancel my prescheduled appointment with the NP until after I get the CT scan taken care of. Hopefully I can update this to 5 once this issue is taken care of!
