  • I spent about five minutes on the phone only to jump on yelp and start reading these reviews. I wanted to make sure it would be worth it before committing 90 minutes of my life. When I told the girl I needed to think about it because her company had mixed reviews online, she told me I was closed minded. I told her that was rude and no way to make a sale. Totally unprofessional!
