rev:text	Description Of Work: Provided front end body repair and mechanical work on my 2010 Camaro after it got smashed. I haven't yet picked up my car, but I have to say that even so, I am very impressed with this company. I worked in the automotive field for about ten years, and am very familiar with how things like this usually go. Well, let's just say that New Look has easily eclipsed most other body shops! I have been kept up to speed DAILY with texts and emails of pics and updates of my car, in it's various stages, along with a brief explanation of what point it's at when the pic/s were taken. That alone is a huge deal ( unless of course this is now standard practice since the last accident I had 25+ years ago, but I doubt it ) ! Every time I've needed to speak to them, Letty has been very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to time difference difficulties with paperwork needing to go back and forth between Las Vegas and Massachusetts. Don, their estimator, has also been friendly and great at listening to any special instructions or questions. ( thanks for the headlights! ) I'm a very tough "East Coast attitude" reviewer, whether it's food, fun, services, travel, etc. So, given that I'm writing a positive review BEFORE even seeing my car in person, says absolute volumes about this company. I'm highly doubtful that I'll need to amend this stance when I actually get my baby back, which I'm looking forward to with much anticipation. I would definitely recommend New Look Collision Center, and use them again in the future......though I hope I don't have to! LOL price not given as it was covered by insurance, though the estimate was close to 9K UPDATE....I got my car back, and it looks even better than expected!!! I have to say that they are definitely highly "wreck-amended"!!! :)
