This place is by all means we were just inquiring and really bad customer service. I called all Friday and Saturday no answer. So we decided to go down to the place. But had to wait due to they were at lunch by they saw me waiting outside. This guy tried to help me but he said his waiting for the other girl who was on her cellphone while this was happening their phones are just ringing and no one is answering it. I was just making sure they had a place for the price listed on apartmentsguide.com for $755..Esmeralda tells me yes and to contact the property manager. Which I tried all week NO ONE SEEMS TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES THERE. THE EMERGENCY LINE JUST VM. SO YOU NEVER GET ANYONE LIVE TO SPEAK WITH TO HELP YOU!!! I could only imagine cause when I went in they were just letting the phones ring, mind me they have hands but they just don't answer there phones. Omg I've tried since Monday it's freaking Friday at 3pm. Someone finally answers the property manager (Jason) not very nice (I told him I've been calling all week no one answers the phone. no apologies or anything from him) and gave a different price than what we were given and what is online for application. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially if it's this hard just getting any service. It should be like that. It must say something when you haven't moved in yet and your just trying to get information and you have to go through all this trouble. Just imagine if you live there and something is wrong with your place, just trying to get a hold of anyone to fix the place would be a problem. So no thank you! I guess they don't want any residents to rent the place.
