  • Had the pleasure of being helped by Suzanne who works in cosmetics. I live in Los Angeles. I rarely have time to make it to Nordstrom and was disappointed that I wouldn't make it in for the mascara madness event. My sister in Scottsdale mentioned this as Suzanne was helping her. Suzanne called me personally, took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed, and had it shipped to me quickly. I didn't miss my favorite sale thanks to her. The customer service at Nordstrom has always been top notch and I appreciate how she made me feel taken care of from so far away. Next time I'm in Scottsdale I'll definitely be in to thank her.
