  • Ordered a carrot cake with cream cheese icing, and wow was I impressed. Good carrot cake isn't usually difficult to find, especially in Vegas dining, but now I think I'll always be comparing it to the Rolling in Dough kind. The cake was moist, with a balanced amount of cinnamon, and somehow light. I made sure I saved a slice or two for myself, and I NEVER do that for carrot cake.
