  • For 20+ years I was in customer service industry so my expectations are rather elevated. We had a pool with a leak, older equipment, and the flagstone surface deteriorating. Several pool companies gave us estimates. Sharp Pool Creations was not the least expensive, however Matt took the time to explain not only how he could remodel our pool but anticipated what difficulties we might encounter. The original name brand pool builder had left some unexpected issues like pipes too close to the surface and the main drain did not conform to recent building codes. Matt and Jeremy not only focused on structural details but we're insistent on the pool remodel include safety code compliance of the main drain. I wish you could see our pool, the before and after is an amazing transition. Even with several issues that arose, they came up with solutions and completed the project within the six week window.
