  • Bye bye Kierland Anthro. I still love Anthropologie and will go to other stores. I bought a blouse 79 $ on sale and was asked if I wanted the receipt e mailed. I said yes and declined the paper receipt which I now know I will never do again. Realizing that I never got the email receipt I called from the airport the next day because I live out of town. They said wait 2 days. Now it's 5 days still no receipt. I called 3 other times and e mailed the non responsive customer question line on their website. I sent a photo of the price tag. So I'm too stupid to know I'm being ignored , so I called today for the last time . I was told they couldn't send me a receipt but that it was on their computer on my account. Have they heard of cut and paste? Boo to them!!! I gave 2 stars because I still love their clothes . I go to Scottsdale 5 x a year but never there again
