  • I absolutely DESPISE dealing with all the technicalities when an accident happens: Insurance, repairs, processing claims, etc. Well, my dealership recommended B&R and I figure I would give them a try. I was pleased to find out that they were open on Saturday mornings because I wanted to get everything situated as soon as possible and I have to work early throughout the week. My representative was Charlie Hill. He was very tentative and helpful as he guided me through the process. I informed him that I was clueless and needed very detailed, specific instructions lol He laughed and luckily offered his assistance. Mr Hill proceeded to call my insurance company and personally spoke to the insurance agent. In no time, the claim was processed. Whew! What a relief! I would definitely recommend B&R Body Shop. Accidents are stressful as is so was very nice to have someone like Mr. Hill to help ease the pressure!
