  • Delivering to a an apartment building is apparently rocket science...to a delivery company. I have not problems in the past with Ontrac but this experience ruins those previous experiences. I don't know how hard it is to use a keypad to dial in to a complex, but the drivers cannot seem to figure that out. I am beyond annoyed and hope Amazon drops them.
