  • Can't imagine a big hotel in Las Vegas like this. The first day, we came this hotel, we very tired, the carpet in the room so wet, we thought it came from the ceiling. Because, we very tired, we go to sleep with hoping the carpet will dry tomorrow. But it's worse on the second day . After that, I found out much water from balcony, LOL it soak in the room. I called for help. First time, they cleaned out side the balcony, at the end of the second day, they dried the carpet. We're so busy to wait to fix something. After they left, we toke baths, my husband step on nails at the bathroom's door, and he warned everybody. My mom was a victim after that. We called them after that, and wait to the third day morning. They used hammer bang some times, and left. After that, I use the bathroom , and forgot dangerous zone, I stepped on nails again. Ouch . Ouch. We're very tired to called them to report, but we have to. We must use big towel to cover at the edge of the bathroom's door, but when we close the bathroom, the towel move out or in, and we stepped on nails again. Oh, we're very exhausted. Until my son 9 years old stepped on them, I called them again with hoping nobody will get hurt after that. Nobody. We spend the third day like this. The fourth day, we must wake up early to come back home. The hotel's rule, if you don't ask , they will clean up the room after 3 days, not every day as I thought. I have to put the trash's bag out side the door on the hall. Call to ask for pillows, it toke a half day to get them. We're living in a hotel as nobody is care or notice about that , or short staff, we don't know. The boring, terrible summer ever !!!!!!!!!! Thanks Las Vegas, First time and disappointed
