If I could give negative stars it would totally be a negative 10
I've had my car for 9 months now and since day 1 my bluelink has not worked. I've called bluelink time and time again and explained the many things that don't work correctly. They EVERY SINGLE time put blame on someone else.
I also called Hyundai and they ignore me. I just finally brought it into the service center at Larry Miller and they are now ignoring me too. I pay for this service and can't even use it. I have not been able to use it correctly the first time yet.
I'm SSSOOO disappointed in Larry Miller Service Center. He didn't want to acknowledge that there is a problem told me because it was Saturday he wasn't going to even help me if there was even a problem. I explained that 1. I work Monday through Friday how is it fair that I lose money because you are refusing to help me on my day off and 2. I need my car to get to work since they don't provide loaner cars for the people they are saying we will only work on it Mon - Fri.
My mom was looking at a car there after seeing how they now won't acknowledge and fix a problem I will NEVER recommend to get a Hyundai.
My car isn't even a year old and I'm now looking at other cars to get rid this headache and money waster since I specifically bought the car for the bluelink and can't use it.
