  • Beautiful spa, especially the area leading to the treatment rooms. I had 3 massages there during my 4 night stay. The spa was most relaxing when I went on the Wednesday. There weren't so many people there. Friday and Saturday, there were more people, including a group of three talkative doctors in the jacuzzi who detracted from the ambience. My first 50 min massage from a female masseuse was just kind of meh. Weak for a deep tissue massage. I decided I would go back to the spa anyway because I loved the facilities so much and requested a male masseur. Lucky me, I got Marek for my next 50 min deep tissue massage. He is really top notch. A true deep tissue massage. I immediately booked him again for the following day for 80 min Custom massage plus aromatherapy. It was so relaxing! I have had many massages due to some chronic pain issues. Marek is one the best I have had and a pleasant surprise. I always get massages when I go to big resorts just because I have time. Usually they are just OK. I am really looking forward to returning to the Encore spa next year and hope Marek will still be there.
