  • I had a specialty cake made for my husband's 46th birthday. I ordered two weeks in advance and it was ready at the exact hour that I had requested pickup. He's a San Diego (Los Angeles) Chargers fan, so I felt that this theme would be fitting. I ordered a 12" round cake with vanilla diplomat icing and chocolate diplomat icing between the layers. I thought for sure it weighed 20lbs! My husband loved the design and could not believe how grand it was! This was one of the best cakes I've ever tasted! It was a hit with all of my guest! It was tagged to feed about 30 people, but we had many more than that. I was still left with extra cake. Even after I served seconds! Hand down, I'll definitely use them again!
