  • I really like this place. The staff has always been helpful and polite, without pressuring me to buy stuff. They're definitely willing to take the time to get you the right shoes for your feet. They probably have the best selection of random running gear of any running store in Madison, which is very nice. Even though the store can seem a bit crowded, that's MUCH better than some other stores which are open and airy and never have what I need. Their prices seem in line with what you'll pay anywhere else for decent running gear, at least the brick and mortar stores in town. Since I live east of town, I don't know what their training programs are like, but it's nice that they have some. Since Madison lacks a significant, independent running club, it's up to the local shoe stores to fill in the gap.
