  • Dr. Torres was absolutely awful to me. I waited an hour and a half to see him, and when he came in to see me he spent 5 minutes with me. All he did was tell me I needed surgery and then followed up with "it's very painful surgery." I was so shocked I couldn't say anything. And I was hoping he would explain things to me, you know like doctors are supposed to do ethically and legally, but nope. All he said was "you can go get a second opinion if you want." And then stood up and left. Seriously one of the worst manners ever. I felt scared and confused and he made it so much worse. I went home in tears. I Will NEVER go back to him. Update: I went to another doctor and he said I didn't need surgery. At all. He was concerned there was a doctor out there that told me that. Always get a second opinion!
