  • Everything about Bloom is amazing. The atmosphere, the people, THE FOOD!! I couldn't decide what I wanted and the woman who worked there cut up the cupcake I was looking at and placed it on the counter for samples and to let me try it. Seriously, where can you find such nice service? I was amazed she did that -- and so thankful! I believe it was the sweet potato cupcake, I can't remember exactly what it was called. I ended up ordering the toasted biscuit with goat cheese and honey, which changed my life. I crave it. It's what I think about in the morning. The biscuit was dense in the perfect way, moist on the inside with a crunch on the outside. The goat cheese was the perfect consistency and the honey complemented it so well. Please open a location in Chicago!!
