  • My husband was very pleased with the service received from Leonard at Hillside. He came to our house on a warranty call regarding our bar ice maker. Some repairmen just want to be left alone while they work, but my husband likes to be very involved in understanding the equipment, what the issues are, how they're being fixed, etc. Leonard took it all in stride and was happy to talk and share information with him. Because of his excellent service with the ice maker, we also had him look at the non-working ice maker in our fridge (he just explained the issue to my husband who fixed it himself, saving us the money) and also our front-loading HE washer which had a problem with water occasionally coming into the drum between washes. Everything is now in proper working order. I believe his specialty is high-end appliances (Viking, Bosch, Monogram, etc.), but he supports other brands. We would definitely call him back for future repairs and recommend him to others.
