I originally gave a 4 star review after the sale and I should have waited before I submitted. I had to take my car to service as I purchased an extended warranty. I called yesterday and scheduled the appointment for today. I was at the service department at 7:30am and even though I had the warranty paperwork, it still took an hour to "order" my part and then they told me it would be a couple of hours to replace the part. I sat in the waiting room for the 2 hours and still my car wasn't close to being done. Mind you my warranty was verified yesterday and they were aware of the part I needed. I demanded a loaner car because I needed to go to work. When I took the loaner back I asked to speak to the Service Manager (Travis). Travis was completely rude, didn't care about my dilemma this morning or the fact that his Service Advisers dragged their feet. Travis said his guys did what they were supposed to and had no control over how the process works and didn't even get the warranty information over to the warranty company until after 1:30pm. Why did it take that long when the finance person pulled up my information in 2 minutes on the phone? I guess no one here is on the same page. If you are looking for rude techs, managers and sales people, LHM Dodge is the place for you.
AVOID buying a car here, taking your car to service here and buying anything from this dealer.
