| - The salesman, Jason santos was professional, nice and very helpful. We were working with him for a couple of days on a vehicle we liked. When we were in there today we started paperwork and started to talk numbers. While we were talking he left with what we said we would have liked to see as our monthly payments and came back with another sales person by the name of Luis (he never gave his last name). He came up and started talking to us to try and make a deal. The price was still not where we were comfortable at so I told him what I wanted and said he would try to get it as close to that as possible. He comes back with another price we aren't happy with so then he leaves and comes back with a lease option that's still too high for the vehicle. Then this is where Luis begins to get rude, he asks what price I want to be at so I tell him if I pay anything near what they offered me it would have to be on a 72 month finance with 0 down and he says we aren't talking about that we are talking about lease now, and told me why did I even bring up leasing if I don't want that. I never brought up leasing, Luis and the salesman did. And I told them I would lease if the payments were substantially lower than the finance payment. So I keep trying to explain to him what I wanted and Luis kept interrupting and telling me I should've never brought up leasing so I got up and told both of them thanks for their time but I'm gonna leave because Luis was being too pushy and wouldn't listen. He then tried asking what's wrong I'll see what I can do, but it was too late. So as me, my wife and child were leaving, Luis says to the salesman, it's ok they can't afford it anyway. Something you shouldn't say especially when the customer is still there. Well on the way to my vehicle I forgot they had my keys so I go in to get them and I hear Luis tell the sales manager Jason Laguna that we wanted too little for the car and Jason Laguna said its ok its too much vehicle for them anyway. The only person that was worth dealing with was Jason santos, the salesman. I honestly feel bad for him because he lost a sale because of two men who were unprofessional and because he can't control what they say. So overall worst experience ever at a dealership. No professionalism at all from the sales managers we dealt with.
Just a tip to those who work sales like that, if you're going to talk about potential customers then do it when you close and customers aren't there. I will never do business at centennial Toyota and I will let my friends, family and coworkers know how rude and unprofessional these sales managers were and if they were going to purchase a Toyota to do it elsewhere because they will be treated with disrespect as I was.
