| - HOW TO LOSE A CUSTOMER!!!!
July 22,2017 My friend ,and I had lunch around 11:00am . She talked going to this place "Sweet Salvage".. I really didn't want to go, but I did. So we get there, and was given lanyards with numbers to finalize our sale.
When checking out, there were some confusion with our orders . I got a blue green door, and she got green door that she did not want at the cash register. The sales person initials CSM ( small girl, with black hair girl) helped us.
I get home to see I was charged for my friends door. Keep in mind we didn't take neither one home that day do to we needed a truck, but paid for the 1 door which was not mine come to find out.
I called Sweet Salvage and the woman on the phone was very ..confused. I had to explain to her over 5 times what happened. Our numbers must had been switched!!!!
Next day my friend and I went back to straighten everything out and pick my door. Again nothing but lots ..of confusion.!
Once all figured out, I was refunded and recharged for the correct door.
As I was putting my wallet way , the cashier that originally helped us the day before , walks to the front and says to me" The next time you and your friend decide to comeback, you may NOT want to go to happy hour first before you shop. Had nothing to do HER mistake on our orders. I was beside myself.
Very unprofessional, and very unorganized.!!!!
