  • I'm not overly impressed with Vito's deep dish or thin crust...I found the deep dish to be extremely hard on the bottom, relatively flavorless. Sad as I feel as though the crust ruined what should've been an excellent pie! The sauce,cheese, toppings are fine, just not impressed with a crust they give you a steak knife to cut through, it's just not supposed to be that way...The thin crust pie I had was just the same. Flavorless, unimpressive crust, really a shame based on all of the other reviews. I wanted to love this place and drove clear from Scottsdale to check it out. Not thinking I'll be back as there's much better choices across the valley...
