  • This is my first time coming here to get my mani/pedi. They up-charge on extras (i.e. gel coat was an additional $25 and doesn't matter if it was gel polish or full gel coats). The nail technician was ok. 2 days later, my gel coat is already peeling off!! I have never had gel coats peel off that fast and the reason why is because she didn't apply the gel coat very well. I am highly disappointed especially for the price I paid to come here. She didn't even file my nails evenly. The pedicure was not good either and they do not clean under your nails. The service, cost, and quality, this is NOT the place to go. I hate to put the nail technician on blast, but it was Stephanie. I don't know about the other technician, but I won't be returning to find out. The sad thing is, she was blasting how bad other salons are in comparison, but really, it's her quality of work. For as long as she has been doing nails, I'm shocked with the quality. Huge disappointment!! PS: Just saw the bottom review of similar issues with gel coat. Should have read that review before making an appointment here. BTW- 20% gratuity is REQUIRED regardless if I had good service?? mani/ped = $90+ (with gel up-charge, another service charge, and 20% tip) and this included a 40% locals discount?? WOW!
