Crowded, disorganized, and can be very overwhelming. The Men's section is a tiny shell of what is the women's (then again this holds true for most clothing stores). If you are diligent and a little lucky you will find unequal value.
Sure the selection of dress shirts is made mostly of white and blue, the shoes are worn more than the ones you'd find at goodwill, and everything needs to be examined for rips, holes, stains, and chipped buttons.
In the end I've found it to be worth the effort, and I've ended up with some top of the line clothes for 20% to 2% of the retail price.
