  • Up-sell, up-sell, up-sell... and carpet is definitely not much cleaner then before. How do we know this for sure?? You can tell they were using a circular motion when cleaning and 'skipped' the corners... you can see where the machine left marks but the carpet color is still the same... and feels 'crunchy'. Note to owner: Probably a good idea to do a follow up call. Would like to note that the owner has contacted me... We will see what happens.
