  • I have never had problems with this place until today. I drive a black car and now have TONS of scratches all over my car. It looks like somebody took a razor blade to my car. And these aren't scratches you can just buff out. It went through the paint. I filled out an incident report with the assistant manager and am now waiting on the owner/manager to call me so we can get this taken care of. They want to "review" the video first but if this doesn't get taken care of I will be reaching out to the media, Channel 3 on your side, and so on as this is ridiculous. I don't go to carwashes so they can mess up the paint on my car that's only 1 year old. I would've just left the dirt on it if I would've known this would happen. I will be leaving another comment in a few days to comment on whether or not this issue has been taken care of properly.
